Order timeline
A typical order from checkout to doorbell. Subscription refills follow the same cadence, starting 7 days before your next scheduled bottle.
- Day 0You place the order. Card is authorized (not yet captured).
- Day 1A licensed Vitamet pharmacist reviews the formulation.
- Day 1–2Pharmacist approves, modifies, or holds for clarification.
- Day 2Card is captured. Master formula record opens. Production begins.
- Day 2–7Weighing, encapsulation, in-process QC, finished-lot release testing.
- Day 7–9Bottle is labeled with your name and lot, packed, and shipped.
- Day 9–13UPS or USPS delivery within the continental U.S.
Where we ship
We ship from Austin, Texas. We do not currently ship internationally; if you are outside the U.S. and want to be notified when we do, email care [at] vitamet.com.

- Tracking is emailed when the package leaves our facility.
- Risk of loss passes when the carrier confirms delivery. If a package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 7 days and we'll help open a carrier investigation.
- Shipping is included in the price of every bottle. We do not offer expedited shipping because the longest leg of the timeline is manufacturing, not transit.
Refunds and replacements
Because every bottle is custom-made, the refund window closes when production starts. Until then, you can cancel and we will refund you fully. After that, we still stand behind the bottle for damage, spec failure, and adverse reactions.

Before you file a chargeback
If something is wrong with your order, please email care [at] @vitamet.com first. We staff a real pharmacist on the inbox and we resolve most issues within one business day. Filing a chargeback for a legitimate, fulfilled order without giving us a chance to make it right may result in suspension of your account, as described in our Terms of Service.
Adverse events
If you experience a reaction you believe is related to a Vitamet bottle, stop using it immediately and consult your healthcare provider. Then notify us at care [at] @vitamet.com. We log every report in our adverse-event file as required by 21 CFR Part 111, issue a refund for the unused portion of the bottle, and use the information to improve our process. Serious adverse events are reported to FDA within fifteen business days.
